Return Policy

If any of our merchandise is defective, or does not otherwise meet your expectations, it may be returned for a refund or exchanged only if returned within 30 days of the date of receipt.

Please send an email to returns@modproducts.net and we will provide you with a return label. Returns without a label provided by ModProducts, LLC will not be accepted.

All of the following conditions must be met for a return to be accepted: 
• The item must have been purchased directly from "modkat.com".
• The item must have a valid return label provided by ModProducts.
• The item must be in its original condition and clean.
• The item must be in all of its original packaging and contain all of the included parts except for the liner and Velcro dots.
  Please note: Liners cannot be returned for sanitary reasons.
  * $9.00 USD will be subtracted from your refund to cover the cost of the liner.
• After 30 days ModProducts, LLC has the right to refuse a refund or exchange.

After items have been received and have met the above conditions, a refund of the purchase price including any applicable sales tax, less shipping charges and liner price will be sent.

Product Disclaimer
The colors and finishes of our products are displayed as accurately as possible. Due to individual screen settings and monitor calibrations colors cannot be guaranteed.

ModProducts, LLC will not assume liability for accident, injury, sickness, or adverse effects that may result from use of the ModKat Litter Box, ModKat Litter Bag, or the ModKat Litter Scoop. The purchaser and/or user of these products assume full responsibility for all risks involved. By purchasing and by beginning use of these products, the user understands and accepts the above terms.

If you provide us with your email address to subscribe to ModProducts/ModKat, we will use it only for occasional notifications of our own new products/services. We will NEVER share your information with anyone else, we hate junk mail as much as you do! If you are sick of receiving our periodic emails, please UNSUBSCRIBE anytime, we won’t hold it against you.
