We are confident that you will love your new purchase. However, if you are unsatisfied for any reason you may return items within 30 days of product receipt. If your item(s) arrive damaged or defective, please contact Customer Support.
For unwanted items In lieu of a return, we encourage you to donate to a local shelter, rescue, or 501(c)(3) organization. Donating is gratifying, better for the environment and saves you from any applicable return fees!
Return Policy
U.S. Returns
Litter Boxes, Litter Keepers, Scratchers will have a $10 Return Shipping Fee deducted from the final refund. All other items will be free to return.
U.K. Returns
Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees which will be deducted from the final refund.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Returned item(s) must have been purchased via modkat.com
- After 30 days we reserve the right to refuse items
- Exchanges are not offered
Donate
We strongly encourage donating your unwanted item(s). Donate to a local shelter, rescue, or 501(c)(3) organization. Be sure to request a receipt at drop-off.
Send us a photo of the receipt and we'll refund your original order minus shipping.
